Harcourts is a new real estate brokerage on the North Shore. Although well established in Oceania and the Western United States, this is Harcourts first foray into Canada. They are well known internationally for using auctions in place of the traditional MLS-based method, and they brought in Collab Creative to ensure their first big sale was a success.
We worked closely with their in-house marketing team to produce a video illustrating the property and its placement overlooking Vancouver Harbour. Because the home itself wasn't the focus – instead the view after a potential rebuild – we filmed the drive up to the property and used drone videography to showcase the stunning vista.
Using this custom content, we targeted different buyer groups and realtors using social media advertising. This allowed us to promote the upcoming auction even though it wasn't listed on MLS.
The auction was a resounding success with a full-house for the live sale.
